Peer Review Policy
All manuscripts submitted to IJTEC undergo a double-blind peer review process, where both authors and reviewers remain anonymous. Each submission is initially screened by the editor-in-chief or managing/associate editors for relevance and compliance. Qualified reviewers with subject-matter expertise are then assigned. Reviewers evaluate the manuscript for originality, methodology, clarity, significance, and ethical compliance. The review process typically takes 2 to 4 weeks, and revisions may be requested. Final decisions rest with the editorial team based on reviewers’ recommendations. Authors may appeal decisions with justified evidence, which will be reviewed by an independent editorial member.
