Complaints and Appeals Policy
IJTEC maintains a structured, fair mechanism for resolving complaints and appeals related to editorial decisions or ethical concerns.
Submission Appeals: Authors may appeal editorial decisions by submitting a detailed justification. Appeals are reviewed by the Editor-in-Chief or a designated appeals committee.
Complaints: Authors, reviewers, or readers may report unethical behavior, bias, or procedural errors via email to the editorial office.
Resolution Timeline: A response is guaranteed within 15 working days, and all complaints are handled confidentially in accordance with COPE guidelines.
